  • Real San JoseReal San Jose was never in the match against OSA FC from Seattle. Seattle scored within two minutes and added three more before halftime. The score would get to five before Fernando Lares scored a fantastic goal to make the final 5-1. It was Lares’ fourth goal in three matches since the eighteen-year-old joined RSJ. (continue…) />

  • Real San Jose Real San Jose fell 3-0 to the high-flying Gold in Sacramento on April 16. The victory for Sacramento evens the season series between the two Golden Gate Conference teams at 1-1.   • Bay Area needs rain, and that is exactly what it received this last weekend. A lot of rain fell. LOTS. So much that the flooded soccer pitch at Oakland’s Raimondi Park caused Real San Jose to drive back home without opening the NPSL season against West Region champions CD Aguiluchos.   • Real San Jose traveled to San Diego on March 5 to help Albion Pros host their first National Premier Soccer League match. And what a match it was. A crowd of over 2000, many dressed in Albion jerseys, showed up supporting their home team. A skydiver even delivered the game ball to the center circle. (continue…) />
