Real San Jose had four players selected to play in the NSL Pacific All-Star match to be played March 12, 2022 at Burrell Field in San Leandro.

These players are striker Hector Herrera, 3rd in the league Golden Boot count, defender Carlos Munoz, goalkeeper Homero Arano, and team captain Andrew Canepa.

"I am proud to have these four men represent RSJ in this prestigious match," said manager Nick Arellano.
